Q: WHAT IS T-MOBILE TUESDAYS?

A: T-Mobile Tuesdays is an app that thanks T-Mobile customers with free stuff, deals, or exclusive offers each week. Just open the app every Tuesday to see all the THANKINGS that are available—just for being a customer. You can also visit www.T-MobileTuesdays.com to save THANKINGS within the app from T-Mobile and our select partners.

Q: WHEN DO TUESDAY THANKINGS START AND END?

A: To see the new offers each week, open your T-Mobile Tuesdays app starting at 5:00:00 a.m. ET. End dates and times vary for each THANKING. You’ll need to save each THANKING and then redeem by the date listed in the details. The countdown timer is a helpful tool that shows you how long you have to save and redeem each deal, so you know exactly when THANKINGS start and end.

Q: WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN T-MOBILE TUESDAYS?

A: Any T-Mobile customer on a qualifying T-Mobile branded monthly rate plan can participate. Qualifying rate plans include most consumer and business monthly plans that include voice and data. Every qualifying line can participate if considered to be in “active status.” To be eligible, customers must be at least 18 years old, minors need to be at least 13 years of age with parental consent, and customers in Puerto Rico must be at least 21 years old. Simply download the T-Mobile Tuesdays app, log in, and start receiving THANKINGS each week. Government accounts, payday/paygo plans, data only plans, and plans without data are not eligible.

Q: HOW DO I SAVE A THANKING?

Sometimes you’ll be able to use THANKINGs on days other than Tuesday, but you’ll still need to save them. So, if you see something you want, click SAVE in the app before the SAVE BY date, then redeem it before it expires. When you’re on the save page, the timer shows you how long you have to save your deal. You’ll be able to find it in My Stuff when you’re ready to redeem.

Q: HOW DO I REDEEM A THANKING?

A: Once you’ve saved your THANKINGS on the home page, you can find them in “My Stuff,” accessible through the main navigation/menu in the T-Mobile Tuesdays App. In “My Stuff,” click to view the THANKING(S) you’d like to redeem, then follow the instructions on screen to redeem. The countdown timer shows how long you have to redeem each saved offer. End dates and times vary for each THANKING. You’ll need to save each THANKING and then redeem by the dates listed in the details.

Q: WHY DOES MY FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER HAVE A THANKING AND I DON’T?

  • We understand—you don’t want to miss out! Occasionally, we’ll spread out our more popular THANKINGS over several weeks to make sure our partner can meet the high demand that comes with T-Mobile Tuesdays. For example, one week during the promotion you’ll receive a free item. The other weeks, you might receive a discount offer from that same partner. Be sure to check back each week to see when it’s your turn for the free stuff.

  • In the past, we have also run surprise offers where a small portion of customers have received an extra THANKING.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A TUESDAY?

A: No worries, there’s always another Tuesday and another THANKING to go with it. Check the T-Mobile Tuesdays app each Tuesday to see what’s available.

Q: I DON’T SEE A GAME THIS WEEK. WHERE DID IT GO?

A: We don’t offer a game in the app every week, so if you can’t find one, don’t worry. It’ll be back in no time!

Q: WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO WIN PRIZES?

A: To enter for a chance to win prizes, you must be a legal resident of any one of the fifty United States, Puerto Rico, or the District of Columbia and age of majority or at least thirteen (13) years of age and participating with parental supervision. The app and website(s) are not for use by people under the age of 13. Sometimes we run promotions on Twitter—check the rules for each contest to see any additional eligibility criteria.

Q: I’M NOT A T-MOBILE CUSTOMER, HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?

A: Only T-Mobile customers are eligible to receive THANKINGS every Tuesday. When available, non-customers can participate in sweepstakes for a chance to win prizes by visiting amoe.T-Mobiletuesdays.com and following the registration instructions.

Q: IS IT POSSIBLE FOR THANKINGS TO RUN OUT?

A: Showing appreciation to all our customers is important to T-Mobile, but occasionally offers are so popular they run out. If a THANKING is no longer available, you will be notified during redemption.

Q: WILL ALL YOUR PARTNER’S LOCATIONS BE PARTICIPATING IN EVERY OFFER?

A: We do our best to ensure full partner participation, but some partners may have geographical limitations as well as specific franchisee locations that are not participating.

Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF I’VE WON A PRIZE?

A: After pressing the PLAY NOW button, an interactive gameplay animation will reveal what prize you may have won. Included in the prize details will be instructions on how to claim and receive your prize. Potential winners must follow the links and instructions on-screen to complete the prize claim and verification processes.

Q: WHY DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU MY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO REDEEM A PRIZE?

A: Well, so we know you’re you! We also use your information to make sure you’re eligible and to know what documents we need to send you so you can claim your prize. In the event that your prize must be shipped, your info may also be used for fulfillment and shipping purposes.

Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRIZE?

A: The time it takes to get your prize will vary according to the sponsoring partner and the type of prize you’ve won. As a winner, you’re subject to a prize validation period and possibly an affidavit process for prizes valued $600 and more. Some prizes will be shipped to you (usually within 4 weeks) while other prizes require you to travel, so fulfillment times will vary.

Q: DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES FOR PRIZES I’VE WON?

A: Unfortunately, Uncle Sam wants to be part of the fun. But only on sweepstakes prizes, not weekly THANKINGS. Any one prize or combination of prizes in a calendar year valued at $600 and more is subject to income taxes. T-Mobile will issue you the appropriate IRS form, if needed.

Q: WHAT ARE THE ODDS OF WINNING A PRIZE?

A: Your odds of winning a prize will depend on the time of day you click on “Play Now” and whether that time has been randomly seeded for an available prize. If you’re playing using the T-Mobile Tuesdays app, website, or AMOE website, they all have the same odds of winning and prizes for all such methods are awarded through the same systems. Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY APP OR WEBSITE WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO REDEEM A PRIZE OR THANKING?

  • First, check the “More info” section for the specific terms of the prize or offer for important redemption information.

  • In any instance where a prize or offer redemption is not working, please contact T-Mobile Customer Care by calling 1-877-453-1304 or 611 from your mobile device. The following are examples of situations in which you should contact T-Mobile Customer Care:

  • You were attempting to authenticate and you never received the PIN.

  • Your app is crashing repeatedly or not working.

  • You’re not able to play the T-Mobile Tuesdays game (if you have not already played that day and your account is in good standing).

  • Your prize or THANKING is missing.

  • You were in the middle of claiming a prize and your phone crashed, and now the prize does not appear in “My Stuff.”

  • You claimed a prize or THANKING, but it does not appear in “My Stuff.”

  • The redemption code for a THANKING doesn’t work, or our partner app or website isn’t working.

Q: MY T-MOBILE ACCOUNT IS IN SUSPENDED STATUS. CAN I STILL ACCESS “MY STUFF”?

A: If your account is suspended, you are ineligible to save any new THANKINGS until your account is resumed, but you will still be able to access the “My Stuff” folder. If you are logged out, you won’t be able to log back in and won’t have access to “My Stuff.” You’ll need to call Customer Care to get your prizes or rewards.

Q: WHO DO I CONTACT IF I NEED HELP?

A: Contact T-Mobile Customer Care by calling 1-877-453-1304 or 611 from your mobile device. If you have questions about the prize claim document, follow the instructions provided in the prize notification.

Q: I’M A T-MOBILE EMPLOYEE. HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?

A: T-Mobile employees may use the App or website to receive THANKINGS, but employees are not eligible to enter for a chance to win sweepstakes prizes.
